Kevin Smith's Bindlestiffs

grabbed this dvd on the fly; BIG mistake!
"Bindlestiffs" is possibly the most offensive movie I have ever rented. It seems to have been produced by teenagers targeting a pre-teen demographic. Poorly written and badly directed, disgusting, irritating, and amateurish, this is a truly nauseating film. The dialogue is abrasive in the extreme, the "humor" almost entirely scatological. There does seem to have been a budget of sorts, as the footage looks like it was shot with decent equiptment. This is not, however, to the film's benefit. There is no social redeeming value to this film. (I don't know who Kevin Smith is, but in the future I avoid anything associated with that name, anything directed by Andrew Edison, and all "Smodcast" productions.)

pretty bad
Rented this movie because am a Kevin Smith fan and the reviews souned great. This movie is more like a high school film production and therefore probably only can be enjoyed by those involved in the making of it. If you are a 15 year old boy who just discovered Catcher in the rye you might really enjoy it.I was bored,it wasn't funny, best to describe is stupid.

THE BEST MOVIE
This movie gets funnier and funnier each time i watch it. Catcher in the Rye is one of my all time favorite books and I loved all of the references. Gonna buy this movie, renting isn't enough. Can't wait to see what these guys do when they get a bigger budget.
